This second method might sound daunting, but it is actually easier than you might think.

FCMB customer support department is available 24/7 to solve or assist you with whatever problems you might be facing.

And, there are various ways you can use to contact them – Whatsapp, Email address or on Twitter.

Once you contact them, the representative will ask you to provide a series of information you used when opening your FCMB account.

If you’re able to provide the information correctly, your account number will be revealed.

You can easily check your FCMB account number on the dashboard, when you login to the app.

This method is an offline method of checking for your account number. If you have a cheque book, you can easily retrieve your FCMB account number by looking at your cheque book.
