  2. ATM/debit card

How to get 5-digit PIN for first bank transfer

Follow the below instructions to get your 5 digit first bank PIN:

  1. Dial the USSD code *894*0#
  2. A list of debit card linked to your first bank account will be displayed
  3. Select the debit card of your choice
  4. Type in the 4-digit PIN of the debit card you selected
  5. You will be asked to create a new 5-digit PIN

Check bank account balance

To check your first bank account balance, you will have to dial *894*00# and follow the on-screen prompts.

Open bank account

To open first bank account, you will have to dial the code *894*0# and follow the on-screen prompts.

Buy airtime

To recharge your mobile line, you will have to dial *894*Amount#, while to recharge others, you will have to dial *894*Amount*Phonenumber#

Transfer
