If your phone was stolen alongside the phone number that you used in opening your Polaris bank account then no need to worry, as you can still block your account.

Dial *833*13*Phonenumber# and follow the on-screen prompts for your bank account to be blocked. i.e. if the phone number you used in opening your bank account is 0123456789, then you will need to dial *833*13*0123456789# on any phone and follow the on-screen prompts.
