If you want to report a first bank dispense error, then you can do that via the following:
Via first bank website
To report a dispense error, click on the link https://complaints.firstbanknigeria.com and then select DISPENSE ERROR.
Input the required information like full name, account number, email address, phone number, select card type, input first 6 digits on your card and last 4 digits on your card, select transaction bank, transaction amount, transaction date and more.
Submit and your complaint will be logged, and you should get your money in 24 hours or more.
NOTE: Make sure you log the complaint only after 24 hours.
Via customer care
Another way to report a dispense error on first bank is by contacting the first bank customer support. You can send an email to Complaintsunit@firstbanknigeria.com or by contacting first bank via the following numbers:
You will be asked to provide all the details about the transaction, and once you do that, you should get your money reversed to you in 24 hours.
Via social media
You can also contact first bank via their social media channels and report the dispense error by providing all the required details about the transaction including the transaction amount, transaction date, account number and more.
