How to get/retrieve UBA ATM PIN
There are two ways you can get your UBA ATM PIN:
- Via customer care
- Via bank branch
Via customer care
One of the first things you can do if you forgot your UBA ATM PIN is to contact the UBA customer care and ask them for help in retrieving it.
Before your PIN will be revealed to you, you will need to answer some questions, in order to validate that you are the true owner of the bank account.
They may ask you questions like your account number, your ATM card number, your phone number, the name on your bank account etc. Once you are able to provide all the answers, you ATM card PIN will be revealed to you.

Via bank branch
You may need to visit the nearest UBA branch and inform them that you forgot your ATM card PIN. You will likely be given a form to fill.
The bank official will provide you with a temporary PIN for your ATM card, which you will be asked to go and change in the nearest ATM to a PIN of your choice.
