If your bank account was frozen as a result of a court order, then you will need to get a good lawyer, so the court can vacate the order.
You can sue for damages, if your bank account was wrongly frozen i.e. if you will be able to prove that it was wrongly so.
Clear your debts
If your bank account was frozen because of unpaid debts/loans, then you will need to pay them, so your bank account can be unfrozen.
