How to know my first bank ATM card number?

The ATM card number is usually written on the front of your ATM card and if your card has been damaged or lost, then you need to know the following.

If you lost your card, you will need to block it, in order to prevent your bank account from being compromised.

You can block your first bank ATM by using the *894# USSD code or by contacting the first bank customer care.

If your card has been damaged, then you will need to replace it by applying for a new one. You can apply a new ATM card on the first bank mobile app:

1. Login to the first bank mobile app
2. Select the MENU button on the top left corner of the app
3. Click card services, debit card
4. Request, then select card type & account to be debited
5. Select state for card pick up & preferred branch for pick up
6. Then, enter your PIN to authorize transaction and a code will be generated or you
7. Present your request code at your selected first bank branch to pick up your card.

You can also visit the nearest first bank branch and request for a new ATM card, and you will be given a form to fill. Make sure you fill it correctly and submit it back to the First bank representative and they will process your request and give you a new ATM card.
