If you want to change your first bank ATM card PIN, you will need to visit the nearest ATM and follow the below instructions:
- Slot your card into the ATM
- Navigate to change PIN
- Input your current PIN
- Create a new PIN
- Confirm the New PIN
I forgot my first bank ATM PIN
If you forgot your first bank ATM pin, then there are a few things that you can do in order to get a new PIN.
Via customer care
Contact the first bank customer care and let them know you forgot your ATM card PIN. They will require you to provide some necessary information, in order to confirm that you are the owner of the card and account.
Once you are able to provide the information, they will tell you the necessary steps that you will need to change to a new PIN.

You can also visit the nearest first bank branch and let them know that you forgot your ATM card PIN. They will ask you a few questions and then give you a default PIN, which you can use to in the ATM, and change your ATM card PIN.
