How to change my PalmPay account name?

Follow the below instructions to change PalmPay account name:

1. Login to your PalmPay account with your details
2. Click on ME
3. Click on your profile name
4. Click on the Edit icon next to your name
5. Input the new name you want to use
6. Click on SUBMIT

How to get my PalmPay account number?

The PalmPay mobile app is available for download on the Google Playstore and the iOS app store. After installing the app, you can launch and register on the app by providing all the required details including your phone number, email address and more.

The phone number that you use in registering for a PalmPay account will serve as your PalmPay account number.

For example, if the phone number you used in registering your account is 08171530466, then your account number will be “8171530466”.

With this account number, you can receive money from anyone.

How to register on PalmPay

• Setting up a PalmPay app is fast and easy
• After downloading the PalmPay App from the Google Play or iOS App Store;
• Launch the PalmPay App
• Tap ‘Sign up / Login PalmPay’ on the bottom on the screen.
• Tap ‘Sign up’
• If prompted to ‘Allow PalmPay to access this device’s location?’, tap ‘Allow’.
• Enter your ‘Mobile number’ and friend ‘Invitation code’ if you have one.
• Tap ‘Agree & Next’.
• You will receive a one-time password (OTP) shortly.
• Enter the OTP.
• You will be prompted to set your 4-digit PIN, and enter in your desired pin twice and you have registered.
