The GTbank app allows you to carry out actions like money transfer, checking account statement, viewing bank account balance, paying electricity bills, paying cable bills and more.
From time to time, you can get errors like “internal processing error” when trying to complete a transaction on your GTbank app.
This error is usually as a result of any of the following:
- Network issues
- Overloaded server
You can do one of two things in order to resolve this. The first one will be to log out of the GTbank app and login again, while the other will be to wait for a few minutes or hours and try again.
