Usually it only takes a few minutes after the failed transaction for Kuda to reverse money back to your bank account. In some cases, you may have to wait for a period of 24 to 48 hours for the money to be reversed.

If the money has not been reversed after 24 hours, you will need to report the transaction to Kuda in order to get it reversed. After reporting a transaction, your money will be reversed within 24 hours to 72 hours.

In Some rare cases it can take up to a period of 30 to 60 days for your money to be reversed. This can usually happen if the money is a very large sum or if you did not lodge a complaint early enough for it to be resolved quickly.
