You can now receive money from over 50 countries including the United states, United Kingdom and Canada directly into your Opay wallet.

If you have an Opay account of KYC Level 2 and above, then you will be able to receive money internationally.

How to receive dollars with Opay?

To receive money on Opay, you will need to send the below details to the sender:

• Full name. Please enter your recipient’s full name. To avoid any delays, the recipient’s name should match the name registered on their mobile money account.
• Address. We need your recipient’s city.
• Mobile money account number:
  • Fully registered and active Opay Mobile Money accounts only.
  • Length: 10 digits in total (excluding country code).
• Contact mobile number. This can be different from the mobile money account number.

NOTE: The money will be converted to the equivalent in Naira before it will be credited to your Opay wallet.
