How to change/reset Kuda password?

The Kuda password is a 6-digit code that you use to login to your Kuda bank account. The Kuda password is different from the Kuda transaction PIN.

The Kuda transaction PIN is a 4 digits’ code that you use to authorize transactions that you carry out from your Kuda account.

To change/reset your Kuda bank password, you will need to follow the below instructions:

1. Launch the Kuda bank app
2. Navigate to the Sign-in/login screen
3. Click on Change password button
4. Type in the email address that you used to register your Kuda account.
5. Check your email address inbox for the password reset link
6. Click on the password reset link
7. Type in your new password and confirm it with your 4-digits transaction PIN
8. DONE

Once you complete the above, you will have successfully reset your Kuda password.

How to open Kuda bank account?

1. Download the app, which is available on both Google playstore and also iOS app store
2. Install the app on your phone and launch it
3. Input your email address and password. If you have a referral code, input it
4. Copy the verification code sent to your email and paste it
5. Input your first name, middle name, last name, gender and date of birth
6. Input your phone number
7. Get the verification code sent to your phone and paste it
8. Input your state, city, street name
9. Agree with terms and condition
10. Create PIN
11. Your account will be created
12. You will then be required to login
