How to deactivate security plugin on PalmPay?
To deactivate the security plugin, you will first need to repay your loan:
- Open the palmpay append login
- Locate the OK card button from the MENU or you can click on the FINANCE button in the MENU
- You will need to repay all your loans, if you have not already repaid it.
You can then deactivate the security plugin by following the below:
- Open the PalmPay app
- Go to FINANCE at the bottom of the app
- Locate help at the top of the page
- Locate the disable flex, then click it
- Click on Disable PalmPay reminder
You will also need to clear cache and storage by long pressing on the PalmPay app icon, click on application details and then clicking on clear cache.
Once you follow the above, you will have successfully disabled PalmPay security plugin.
If you are still having issues disabling the Plugin, you might try flashing your phone by taking it to a technician.
When you flash your mobile phone, it will wipe everything on it, including all your files and data, so you should make sure that us what you want.
