How to change Zenith bank ATM card PIN?
If you want to change your ATM card PIN, then you will need to visit the nearest ATM and slot in your ATM card and input your old card PIN
- Navigate to change PIN
- You will need to input you old PIN, then you can create a New PIN
- Your old PIN will then be replaced with the new one, which you can use anytime you want to perform a transaction with your ATM card.

If you forgot your ATM card PIN, then you will need to do the following in order to get it:
Contact zenith bank customer care
You will need to contact the bank customer care to let them know that you forgot your ATM card PIN and they will ask you a few questions in order to make sure that the card is yours and not stolen.
Once you are able to provide answers to the questions, they will guide you on how to create a new ATM card PIN.

You can also visit the nearest Zenith bank branch and let them know that you forgot your ATM card PIN, and they will require you to provide a few information, and once you are able to, they will give you a default PIN which you can use on the card at the ATM, then you will have to change it.
