What is bank statement of account?

The bank statement of account shows all debit or credit transactions that took place on your bank account. The statement of account is used as reference and definitive proof that a transaction occurred.

How to check/get PalmPay statement of account?

Tap on “Transaction history” on “ME’ page then tap the upper right icon, select the transaction type & duration to download statement.

Input your email address, to receive the statement.

Check your email address inbox or your junk/spam box and click on the download link, put your password, which is the last 4 digits of your registered PalmPay number, then you will be able to open the statement.

If you don’t get the statement in 24 hours, then you can contact the PalmPay customer care:
