Could not find account number associated with phone number

This is an error message that usually happens when the phone number you are using to access your bank account is not registered with it.

It can also happen as a result of network issues i.e. if there is something wrong with your bank network, then you might get this error message.

You can wait and try at a later time or contact your bank and inquire if there is a problem wrong with your bank network.

Some of the banks that you can get this error are Zenith bank, GTbank, Access bank and Fidelity bank.
