When you are trying to complete a transaction on PalmPay and it is stuck in processing, it usually means that the transaction has not yet gone through and it may take a little bit of time to complete.
This could be as a result of slow internet connection, server issues, network issues, insufficient funds and more.
If you want to cancel a processing transaction on PalmPay, you will need to navigate to transaction history. The transaction history contains all your completed transactions, either successful, failed or processing.
Navigate to the transaction history and select the transaction that is stuck in processing, you can then cancel it.
- Login to your PalmPay account using your phone number and PIN
- Click on ME in the bottom right corner
- Click on Transaction history
- Click on ALL STATUS
- Select PROCESSING
- Click on the transaction
- Click on CANCEL
You can also try contacting the PalmPay customer support for assistance if you are unable to cancel it from your transaction history.
