If you want to reset your keystone mobile app password, then you will have to follow the below instructions:

1. Click on Forgot username/password
2. Click on RESET
3. An OTP will be sent to your registered email & mobile number
4. Input the OTP, then enter a new password
5. That’s basically it

If there are any challenges, contact the bank immediately with the enquiries & complaints feature on the Quick links MENU of the app or you can call 070020003000

Also if you forgot your username, you can use the phone number that you used in registering in its place.
