This means that Gtbank usually will not allow you to delete transaction history on your gtbank mobile app. You can only change the date range of the transactions that you want to view and also download receipts.

If you want to change the date of the transaction history you can view, then can do the following:

1. Login to the Gtbank mobile app
2. Click on Transaction details
3. Swipe to the bank account
4. Select the date and month of the transactions you want to view
5. Submit
6. Your transaction history will be update to all the transactions that took place in that date range
