Customer care

You will have to contact the following UBA customer channels via 07002255822 and the email address cfc@ubagroup.com

You will have to provide all the required details about the transaction like the transaction time, transaction amount, transaction date, transaction ID etc. and your request will be processed

Bank branch

You can also visit the nearest UBA bank branch and also provide the required details about the transaction like the transaction time, transaction amount, transaction date, transaction ID etc. and your request will be processed.
