Is Opay having network issues today?

Transfer issues

Did you send money to someone and the person is yet to receive it? or did someone send money to you and the you are yet to receive it?

There are a few things you can check starting from asking the beneficiary to check their account balance and transaction history, even if they are yet to receive the corresponding alert notification.

Also the sender should make sure that his/her account was debited and the money was not reversed back to your bank account.

Otherwise, you will have to wait for a period of 72 hours before contacting customer care to resolve the issues.

Mobile app

If you are having issues with the Opay app like being unable to transfer, unable to login, app not opening, then you can try the following and see if it will resolve your issues.

1. Make sure you have a valid subscription plan, and that it is not exhausted or expired
2. Ensure your Wi-Fi/data connection is properly turned on
3. Check to see that the problem is not from your network provider
4. Uninstall the app and reinstall it again to see if it will resolve the issue
5. Update the app to the latest version
