How to close my access bank account?

To close your access bank account, you will need to write a letter stating the reason why you want to close your bank account.

You will need to visit the nearest access bank branch and let them know you want to close your access bank account, and they will initially try and dissuade you from doing so (because obviously no bank want to lose a customer), but if you stand your ground and insist on doing so, they will have no choice but to process your request.

Once you submit your letter, you will need to wait for not more than 48 hours and your access bank account will be close.
