Biller not allowed GTbank
The GTbank app allows you to carry out actions like money transfer, checking account statement, viewing bank account balance, paying electricity bills, paying cable bills and more.
From time to time, you can get the “Biller not allowed” prompt when trying to recharge your phone, pay electricity bill or pay cable bill.
This error can be as a result of any of the following:
- Network issues
- Overloaded server
You can try logging out of the app and logging in again or you may need to wait for a few minutes/hours and then try again.
You can also try contacting the GTbank customer care and tell them about your issue, so you can get it resolved:
