How to change Opay PIN?

Follow the below instructions to change Opay PIN:

1. Login to your Opay mobile app with your user details
2. Click on ME
3. Click on the SETTINGS ICON on the top right hand corner
4. Click on PAYMENT PIN
5. Click on Change payment PIN
6. A code will be sent to the phone number that is linked to your Opay account
7. Input the 6-digit code
8. Input the current 4-digit PIN
9. You will then be able to input a new PIN
10. Confirm and your PIN will be changed

I forgot my Opay PIN (How to reset Opay PIN)

If you forgot your Opay PIN and you want to reset it, then you can do that via the following instructions:

1. Login to your Opay mobile app with your user details
2. Click on ME
3. Click on the SETTINGS ICON on the top right hand corner
4. Click on PAYMENT PIN
5. Click on Forgot Payment PIN
6. You will be sent a 6-digit code to the mobile number that is registered to your Opay account
7. Input the 6-digit code
8. Follow the prompt and create a new PIN
