How to remove BVN from PalmPay?

Follow the below instructions to remove BVN from PalmPay:

  1. Login to the PalmPay mobile app using your details
  2. Click on ME on the bottom right corner
  3. Click on your profile name in the top left hand corner
  4. Scroll down and click on Authentication
  5. You will be able to see your BVN number and then you can remove it.

If the above doesn’t work, you can try contacting the PalmPay customer care via the following channels:

As a last resort, you can also delete your PalmPay account, when you delete your PalmPay account, all your details including your BVN will be wiped from their database.

To delete your PalmPay account, follow the below:

  1. Login to the PalmPay app with your user details
  2. Click on ME on the bottom right hand corner
  3. Click on the settings icon in the top right hand corner
  4. Scroll down and click on delete PalmPay account
