How to remove bvn from Opay account?

Follow the below instructions to remove bvn from Opay account:

1. Login to the Opay account with your user details
2. Click on ME on the bottom right hand corner
3. Click on ACCOUNT LIMITS
4. Click on show more to reveal your BVN
5. Click on Edit to change all your personal information

If the above doesn’t work, you can contact the Opay customer care via the following:

As a last resort, you can also delete your Opay account, doing this will wipe all your personal details from the Opay database including your BVN

To delete your Opay account, you will need to follow the below instructions:

1. Login to the email address that you used to register your Opay account, make sure it is the same email address.
2. You will then need to compose an email, clearly stating that you want your Opay account to be cancelled, deleted or deactivated.
3. Make sure that the subject of your email clearly states your intention e.g. “Request to delete Opay account”
4. Send the email to support@opay.team
5. Once your email is received, Opay will process your request and delete your account.
