The below are the requirements you will need to upgrade your account:

1. Your ID, which can be your international passport, voter’s card, national ID card or driver’s license.
2. Last 3 months’ utility bill which can be NEPA bill (electricity bill), rent bill or any other bill.

4. A duly signed from which is issued by the bank.

Steps to upgrade your fidelity bank account

Once you have the above requirements, walk into the nearest fidelity bank branch. Head straight to the customer service department and request for an upgrade of your bank account.

Once they confirm that you have the above requirements, they will give you a form to fill. Make sure you fill it with the correct details before submitting it back.

This form will require details like your bank verification number (BVN), email address, home address, account number, phone number and many more.

They will review it and process your request and upgrade your account in not more than 24 hours.
