Kuda Transfer issues

If you transferred money from your Kuda bank to another bank account and the person is yet to receive it or if someone transferred money to your Kuda account, and you are yet to receive, then there are a few things you should know.

If you are the one who made the transfer, then you should make sure that your account has been debited of the sum and also ask the beneficiary to check their account balance, if the money has reflected on it.

This is because there are times when the transaction has gone through, but there is a delay in the alert notification.

You will have to wait for at least 48 hours and if the money has still not reflected or been reversed, then you will need to contact the Kuda customer support to get the issue resolved.

Kuda app issues

If you are having troubles on the Kuda mobile app like being unable to login or complete transactions, then you will have to check if the problem is not from your internet service provider.

Make sure you have a valid internet subscription and that your data connection is properly turned on. Try using other apps to see if they are working.

If the problem seems specific with the Kuda app, then try uninstalling the app and reinstalling it on your phone.

At the very least, the problem is with the Kuda network and you can try completing your transaction via the webpage at https://app.kuda.com until the issue has been resolved.
