Is PalmPay having issues to day?

Transfer issues

If you transferred money from your PalmPay to another bank account and the person is yet to receive it or if someone transferred money to your PalmPay account, and you are yet to receive, then there are a few things you should know.

If you are the one who made the transfer, then you should make sure that your account has been debited of the sum and also ask the beneficiary to check their account balance, if the money has reflected on it.

This is because there are times when the transaction has gone through, but there is a delay in the alert notification.

You will have to wait for at least 48 hours and if the money has still not reflected or been reversed, then you will need to contact the PalmPay customer support to get the issue resolved.

PalmPay app issues

If you are having trouble logging in to your app, your app is not opening, keeps showing connection error and many more, then there are a few things you need to do:

1. Check to make sure you have a valid data plan and that it is not expired or exhausted. If it is, then you will need to subscribe to a valid data plan in order to use the app
2. Make sure that the problem is not from your service provider. Try using another WiFi connection or a different SIM and see if it works.
3. Try to uninstall and reinstall the app, this seems to work for many people
4. Clear your cache and try again
5. Update your app to the latest version

If after trying the above, you are still having issues, then you might need to contact the PalmPay customer care and see if they are undergoing a system maintenance or if it is just a general network issues.
