- Unable to login
- Unable to complete transactions
- Not loading
- Keeps crashing
Solutions to FCMB app not working
Check your data connection
If your app is not loading or responding properly, then you will need to check and make sure that your data connection is switched on.
You should also make sure that you have a valid subscription plan and make sure that it is not expired or exhausted.
Reboot your phone
If your app keeps crashing or is not responding properly, then you can try restarting/rebooting your phone.
Most times, just by doing this, your app will begin responding properly again.
Reinstall the app
If you still having problems with the app, you can try uninstalling the app and re-installing it again. Sometimes, doing this will fix any bugs the app might be having and it will begin responding like normal again.
Try at a later time
If too many people are logged in to the app or there is a problem with the FCMB network, then you might need to wait and try at a later time.
You can try using USSD, internet banking or any other means to complete your transaction while you wait for things to return back to normal.
Check your storage

Sometimes, if you no longer have storage on your phone, it might cause some of your apps to malfunction.
Check your storage and see if you still have enough, otherwise you will need to delete some things to clear your storage.
Once you have done this, your FCMB mobile app should begin working properly.
