The PalmPay PIN is a four-digit PIN that is used to authorize your transactions. When you want to transfer money to another bank account, you will be required to input your four-digit PIN in order for the transaction to go through, otherwise it will fail.

It is very much possible that you may forget the 4-digit PIN that you need to authorize your transactions, and as such, PalmPay has made it possible for you to change and reset your PIN.

How to change PalmPay PIN?

Follow the below instructions to change PalmPay PIN:

1. Login to your PalmPay account with your details
2. Click on ME on the right bottom corner
3. Click on the settings ICON in the top right hand corner
4. Click on PalmPay PIN
5. Click on Change PalmPay PIN
6. You will be required to answer security questions
7. Once you answer correctly, you will be able to change your PalmPay PIN
8. You will also be required to input your current PalmPay PIN

How to reset PalmPay PIN?

If you forgot your PalmPay PIN, you will need to follow the below instructions to reset your PIN:

1. Login to your PalmPay account with your details
2. Click on ME on the right bottom corner
3. Click on the settings ICON in the top right hand corner
4. Click on PalmPay PIN
5. Click on Reset PalmPay PIN
6. You will be sent a four-digit code to the phone number registered with your PalmPay account
7. Input the code and follow the on-screen prompts to reset your PalmPay PIN
