How to recharge prepaid meter using Opay?

To recharge prepaid meter using Opay, follow the below instructions:

1. Login to the Opay app
2. Click on ELECTRICITY in the MENU
3. Select the service provider e.g. Benin electricity distribution company, Port harcourt electricity distribution company etc.
4. Input the meter number (Your meter details will be retrieved on the app)
5. Select prepaid meter
6. Input the amount you want to pay
7. Click on PAY
8. Select the payment method

Once you complete the payment, you will receive your token, which you can input in your prepaid meter.

How to retrieve prepaid meter token on Opay?

Once you complete payment, you will receive your prepaid meter token. It will usually be sent to your phone number and your email address.

If you have not received your token, you will need to take note of the transaction number, transaction amount, transaction date and any other transaction detail, then contact the Opay customer cre via the following channels:
