3. Click on “Forgot ID”
4. You will be asked to input your UBA account number
5. Input your UBA account number correctly, and click on SUBMIT
6. The system will retrieve all your details and send your user ID to the email address registered with your bank account
7. You will be able to get your UBA User ID from the message sent to your email.

You can check your UBA account number using USSD code, via mobile app or by contacting the UBA customer care to help you retrieve your account number.
