The first thing you have to do is walk into the nearest FCMB branch close to you and head straight for the customer service desk. Make sure you take along the requirements, so everything can go smoothly.

Once you get to the customer service desk, tell them you want to upgrade your FCMB account, and they will ask you if you brought the above requirements.

The Customer service desk will then issue you an account upgrade form for you to fill. This form will require some certain information from you like your bank verification number (BVN), email address, home address, account number, phone number and many more.

Make sure you fill the form correctly without any mistakes and return it to the customer service desk along with the requirements.
