Check access bank account balance via USSD code

To check your access bank account balance, you will have to dial the code *901*00#, follow the on-screen prompts, input your four-digit security code and you will be sent an SMS containing your account balance information.

This method will cost a fee every time you check your balance, of not more than 10-20 naira.

Check access bank account balance via mobile app

The access bank mobile app can be used to carry out transactions like bank transfer, buying airtime, paying bills and many more. It can also be used to check your bank account balance.

If you don’t already have the app, you will need to download it from the Google playstore or iOS app store and install it on your phone. You will also have to register on the app by following the instructions on the screen.

After registering, login to the app with your user ID and password, and you will be able to view your account balance on the app dashboard.

Check access bank account balance via internet banking

Another way to check your bank account balance is with internet banking. You will need to have registered for access bank internet banking before you can check using this method.

Login to your internet banking account using your user ID and password, and you will be able to view your bank account balance on the dashboard.

Check access bank account balance via SMS

You can also get your access bank balance sent to you via SMS. You will send BAL Account Number to 08160000612. i.e. for example BAL 0123456789 to 08160000612.

Your account balance will be sent to you via SMS, and it will cost about 5-10 naira.
