The following are some of the different ways in which you can report access bank dispense error:
Access bank mobile app
You can report a dispense error from the Access more app, which you can download from the Google playstore or App store.
Login to the app with your username & password, click on TRANSACTION HISTORY, click on report abuse, insert the transaction amount, put in the details of the transaction and click on LOG COMPLAINT.
Once you have done the above, then you will have successfully logged the complaint, and your money will be reversed in 24 hours.
Access bank customer support
Another way to report a dispense error is by contacting the Access bank customer care and requesting for your money to be reversed.
You will need to provide details of the transaction like the amount, transaction date, transaction description and more.
Once you successfully provide the support with all the required details, your money should be reversed in 24 hours.

You can also contact Access bank via their social media accounts. For example, you can follow the access bank twitter account @accessbank_help and let them know about the dispense error.
You will be asked to provide all the details about the transaction and they will see to it, that your money is reversed back to your bank account.
Via bank branch
If you are close to an access bank account branch, then all you need to do is walk straight to the customer service desk and request for the ATM/POS dispense error reimbursement request form.
The form requires details like your Card Number, account number, phone number, email address, transaction amount and more.
Make sure you fill the form correctly with all the required details and submit back to the Access bank official and they will process your request.
Your money should be reversed back to your bank account in 24 hours.
