How to get my GTB ATM PIN?
Mobile app
You can retrieve your ATM card PIN from your mobile app by following the below instructions:
- Login to the app using your user ID and password
- Click on CARDS from the MENU options
- Click on PIN RETREIVAL
- Click on RETREIVE PIN
- Input your 4 digit transfer PIN and your ATM card PIN will be displayed to you on the screen
Internet banking
You can retrieve your ATM card PIN via internet banking by following the below instructions:
- Login to the internet banking platform using your User ID and password
- Click on CARDS
- Tap on PIN RETREIVAL
- You may be asked to input USSD PIN, card expiry date, answer secret question and also to input the transaction code generated from the token.
- Follow the on-screen prompts and SUBMIT
- Your ATM PIN will be displayed to you
Via customer care
You can also seek the help of the GTbank customer support in order to help you retrieve your ATM PIN. You will be asked to provide certain details in order to make sure you are the owner of the bank account before your PIN will be revealed to you.

Via bank branch
You may need to visit the nearest GTbank branch and inform them that you forgot your ATM card PIN. You will likely be given a form to fill.
