The GTbank token validation failed error usually pops when you are trying to transfer money from the GTbank mobile app or internet banking.
If you keep getting this error “Token Validation failed, please generate a new transaction code”, then there are a few things you can do.
You can try logging out of the app and logging in again or wait for a few minutes/hours and try again at a later time.
You can also try contacting the GTbank customer care or visit the nearest GTbank branch to resolve this issue.
