Follow the below instructions to generate receipt on first bank mobile app:

  1. Login to the first bank mobile app using your user ID and password
  2. On the MENU of the first bank app, navigate to transaction history
  3. The transaction history will contain a list of all your previous completed transactions
  4. Select the transaction that you want to generate a receipt for to view the transaction details
  5. Click on the Receipt icon on the bottom right corner to generate a receipt
  6. You have the option of downloading and also saving the receipt to your mobile phone
  7. The receipt will contain details like transaction amount, transaction date, reference number and more.
