How to retrieve prepaid meter token from GTbank?

You can get your prepaid meter token via the mobile app or internet banking:

Mobile app

1. Log in to the GTworld mobile app using your user ID and password
2. On the MENU, click on REQUEST
3. Select “Electricity token retrieval”
4. You will be asked to enter your prepaid meter number
5. After inputting it, click on SUBMIT
6. You will be able to retrieve your token

Internet banking

1. Log in to the internet banking from the GTbank website
2. Go to ELECTRICITY PAYMENT
3. Select Token retrieval
4. Enter your prepaid meter number
5. Retrieve your token
