Why is My UBA account showing balance unavailable?

The UBA mobile app allows you to check your bank account balance, view bank account statement, pay bills and many more.

The mobile app is available for download on the Google playstore and iOS app store.

If your mobile app account balance is showing balance unavailable, then there is no need to panic as it happens occasionally from time to time.

It may be as a result of the app undergoing an upgrade or just a mere network issue. You can log out of the app and login again or just wait a while and try again later.

You can try using the USSD or internet banking to check your bank account balance.
