The GTbank USSD 737 is a service that allows you to perform banking transactions like money transfer, buying airtime, paying bills, checking mini bank statements, checking account balance and more, from your mobile phone without internet connection.

How to deactivate GTbank USSD code?

If your phone was stolen, then you might probably need to deactivate your USSD profile in order to prevent unauthorized transactions from taking place on your bank account.

To deactivate GTbank USSD code, you will need to dial *737*51*74# and follow the on-screen prompts to complete the process. Your USSD code profile will be deactivated and you cannot use it to carry out banking transactions.

You can deactivate GTbank USSD code using internet banking, login to your internet banking account with User ID & password, click on Self-service, then click on deactivate USSD, click on New request and select the account to be deactivated.

Provide answer to your secret question and click “send deactivation code” to your email address and phone number. Input the code in the appropriate box provided.
